Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoons filtered water
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract*
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of Himalayan salt
Directions:
- Process all the ingredients in a food processor for 4 minutes or until creamy smooth, stopping to scrape the sides if necessary.
- Drizzle over your favorite vegan and gluten-free desserts, or transfer to a squeeze bottle for use in decorating with more precision. Stores refrigerated in a covered container or squeeze bottle for up to 3 days. If refrigeration causes the glaze to thicken, let sit several minutes before using or gradually mix in more maple syrup for a desired consistency.
