“Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court.” – Matthew 5:-25a. Joy, peace and all the blessings of being in right relationship with our Creator, requires often turning. When Satan is intent on bringing to God, accusations against us, we can agree with him. If all he is saying is that we have sinned and fallen short, well haven’t we? Yet what our enemy means for evil, God works for our good. For the One our adversary would bring our shortcomings to, is our Father, and Jesus has paid our debt. For the child of God, coming to God often requires first agreeing with the enemy, while we are on the way. We then bring our own faults to our Father, and experience the warmest welcome into His loving presence.
